Monica O’Hearn, Esq.

Monica M. O’Hearn, Esq. has an extensive background in Trusts & Estates law, serving clients regarding Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Special Needs Trusts, Probate, and Conservatorship matters.

Ms. O’Hearn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California, and later earned her Juris Doctor and Masters in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.  While at Pepperdine, Ms. O’Hearn was a member of the law school’s Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law, served the homeless community of Downtown Los Angeles with Pepperdine’s Legal Aid Clinic, and advocated for local veterans in Veterans Treatment Court as a certified law student with the Ventura County Public Defender.

A native resident of beautiful Ventura County, Ms. O’Hearn is based in our Camarillo office.  She has previously served as aboard member for the Ventura County Bar Association, as well as Care Net Women’s Resource Center of North Los Angeles County.  Outside of practicing law, Ms. O’Hearn has a love for classical and religious education, serving as both a schoolteacher and a catechist.  She has also volunteered as a coach for St. Augustine Academy’s Mock Trial Team in Ventura, California (which is also her alma mater).
